Once you've approved our final quote, we have to start work immediately. As a new client, you have to pay 40% of the project total in advance and we'll get right to the brass tracks when the payment comes through. This 40% is for us to establish a working relationship based on mutual benefit.
We undertake the responsibility to revise the written copy twice, which means, if you are not happy with the first version we provide, we'll do it again, at no extra cost. We'll do the same a second time too. Once you are happy with the content we provide, we expect the remaining 60% to be paid within 14 days of project completion.
